We are an experienced Oxford-based construction company who specialise in New Builds, Refurbishments, Loft Conversions and Extensions. Our family run company was established in 2015 but with personal experience in the building industry going back even earlier than that. We love working with our clients to achieve great results and our team prides themselves on the high standard of their work.
Our team is friendly, reliable and hard-working – something demonstrated in the fact that many of our new clients get in touch as a result of recommendations. We have experienced and skilled workers in-house and also use a select group of contractors and suppliers who we bring in when their expertise is needed.
For larger projects, we work with clients and their architects in the planning phases to produce an estimated cost for the work. However, we know that things can change and we are able to liaise with the relevant parties during active projects when coming across specification changes or unexpected work. We proactively look for potential improvements or cost savings to proposed projects and are happy to collaborate as needed with clients, architects and structural engineers on the concepts or potential solutions.

Our team is experienced at working through the tendering process with architects. We provide a detailed break down of the items for analysis and comparison. One of our key aims is to collaborate with you to work through any open topics or improvement ideas. Regular meetings can be set up with documentation to ensure that your development project is delivered successfully.
